Text Box: The length of time for a typical single family home inspection is approximately 3 to      3-1/2 hours. Obviously, size and condition will ultimately dictate how long it will take.

Slight deficiencies and minor deficiencies are problems that can be addressed in the future. These are usually "quick-fix" items or things that can be budgeted for. But significant deficiencies represent major problems that should be addressed in a timely fashion. Often significant deficiencies are things that may relate to the safety of a home.
